Since 2014, he has been an active member of UL STP 913 and UL STP 60079, which covers many UL standards including UL 2225 and provides input to NEC articles 500 to 506. Additionally, he is a member of IEC TC31 and TC31G where he is a U.S. appointed expert for several protection concepts, as well as a member of NFPA EEC-AAA committee.
