David G. Humphrey
David G. Humphrey is the electrical plan review engineer for the County of Henrico, VA. For the 2008 and 2011 National Electrical Code cycles, he served as a principal member of CMP 8 representing IAEI and has served as the chair of CMP 9 for 2014, 2017, and 2020. David is also a seminar Instructor for IAEI. David is currently the chair of CMP-2 for the 2023 cycle.
