Stephen Schulte
Stephen Schulte started his adventure in the utility industry in 1994 and currently serves as the joint use team lead/administrator at Avista Utilities. Stephen is very active in the joint use community and is the president of the Inland Empire Joint Use Association. He also serves on the Joint Use Program/Presentation Committee for the Western Energy Institute and as a working group volunteer for the IEEE SA P2939 Joint Use Working Group.
