Wally Vahlstrom
Wally Vahlstrom has a BS degree in electrical engineering from Fresno State College, an MS from the University of Santa Clara. He is a registered professional electrical engineer in California. He also holds two patents for electrical testing equipment. Mr. Vahlstrom is currently director, Technical Services for Emerson’s Electrical Reliability Services, Inc. in Pleasanton, CA. He has held this position for more than 10 years; he is responsible for failure investigation work, field labeling services, and power system analysis. Mr. Vahlstrom spent more than 25 years at Pacific Gas and Electric Company where he held positions including chief electrical engineer and director of engineering. His professional affiliations include IEEE, NAFE, IAEI and NFPA.
