Rhonda Parkhurst
Rhonda Parkhurst has worked for the City of Palo Alto since 2004 and as the electrical specialist. She is a certified combination inspector with certifications through IAPMO and ICC. Rhonda is the current past president for the IAEI Southwestern Section and was the 2010 president for IAEI Northern California Chapter. She represents IAEI as an alternative member to CMP-4 of the National Electrical Code. Rhonda is a trainer and educator on photovoltaic systems. She serves as an AHJ representative on several UL Standard Technical Panels.
