Rick Hollander

Rick Hollander

Rick Hollander is a building inspector for Shums Coda Associate. He was an electrical inspector and electrical code enforcement inspector with the city of Tucson, Arizona for 19 years. He is also both an IAEI and ICC certified Electrical Inspector. Rick held Electrical Contractors licenses for both Commercial and Residential for the State of Arizona and has worked in the trade for over 39 years. He is a NFPA Member and serves on CMP-9 as a Principle and was the alternate on CMP-18 for the 2014, 2017 and 2020 cycles. He also serves on UL STP 48, 48B, 879, 876A, 2592 & 814. He has been a member of IAEI since 1992 and has served as chapter secretary, education chair, and chapter president of the Southern Arizona Chapter. He has represented the chapter on the IAEI Southwestern Section Board of Directors for many years. He was the Southwest Section President in 2011. He is a member of the IAEI International Board of Directors. He is also a popular instructor of IAEI classes for local electricians and inspectors. Outside of serving the City of Tucson and IAEI, Rick also volunteers within the community as being a Vice Chairman on the Tucson Rodeo Committee.
