During the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic which has placed various restrictions on in-person meetings, completing your continuing education requirements has been rather challenging.
To meet this challenge, the IAEI International Office has produced a number of virtual, on-demand training modules available through our website (www.iaeicourses.org). Topics range from the Analysis of Changes for the 2017 and 2020 NEC to specific requirements laid out for Hazardous (Classified) Locations, Photovoltaic Systems, One-and Two-Family Dwelling Electrical Systems, Grounding and Bonding, and many more.
As each state has established its own set of rules and regulations for online continuing education, each course must be approved by the appropriate jurisdiction in your state before continuing education credits will be granted. The IAEI has made a concerted effort to proactively seek approval for our educational training in several states. If you are seeking continuing education credit, it is most important to verify that a course is approved for credit before registering. To do so, you may contact your local electrical licensing board, certification organization, or the IAEI International Office. In addition, you can find this information on IAEI’s website. Each course listed at the on-demand education tab has the states in which they are approved. Please be sure to check our website periodically as additional courses are receiving state approvals.
